Who We Are
North America Fuliru Vira virtual Museum
The migrations of people from Uvira land which comprise the ancestral kingdoms of Fuliiru and Vira people to North America for the past three decades has left a cultural vacuum in the minds of one generation of young men and women. There is an attempt to affirm that this vacuum goes two generations back based on life experiences both in Canada and the USA.
The recent Canadians and Americans of Fuliiru-Vira ascendance , not only are losing the taste of their ancestral languages and traditions, they are also loosing trace of their artifacts, Proverbs, arts and sculptures inherited from their forefathers. In addition to this cultural change, indifference and ignorance, those who tried to lift up the banner through education, history telling and public services are even absent in the memories of today generations. NAFV INT. is dedicated to collect, protect and preserve these cultural writings, objects, photographs, audio and recordings, artworks and other social customs.

Mission

Activities
The primary activities of the NAFV Into consists of a virtual museum and a physical cultural museum in Uvira in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. The virtual museum on the website virtually preserves culture of the Fuliiru and Vira peoples for the purpose of online education and research. Also the virtual museum is a source of experiment for young generations encouraged to put their hands on the plight during our yearly exhibition at the headquarter.
